I noted this CEO sale last week. Mr. Arangala had 4.5mil shares as of last financial statement and after this sale has about 1mil shares left with him.
What I observed is although he slowly let go of his shares the share price did not drop afterwards. It continues to maintain the same level.
So I believe with improved business expected in coming years LVEF has room to grow. It’s a strong buy on the daily, weekly and monthly technicals on investing.com. I hold this and have faith for good improvement within next 6-24 months (MT and LT).
