From the beginning it's a fixed game, book to book transfer while collecting from frustrated retailers. CT clearly gave 240/= target and they know when and how the game will be played. So after 6th February we can see the end game. Might be a buy back or connected to LOCH   QR 3rd week of February   any thing is possible............

6. If they want  to apply for  a banking  license,  they  have  to have   Rs. 20  billion  in cash, deposited in central bank..

 I  doubt  that ,  and I think  they  have  to  find those  amount  some how to achive it
