What am saying is that LOLC PRASAC transaction is being taken up many times now to manipulate this share and people are getting burned 
I am sure you know when the talk about this deal of cambodia  LOLC PRASAC  it appears or some people paid to some news paper writers and did manipulate this share and then price went up and since this was my 32 year in CSE i now know about these types of paid news papers articles and so on so i bought below 110 and sold at 168 those days and made few laks and exit and then  prices was fallen again citing the foreign sell by mathews fund and  the price came down to low levels and again i collected  
As expected those same manupulaters again just like you citing the LOLC PRASAC transaction and 52 Billion profit again now taking retailers for a ride 
yes again and again this type is called manipulation
And citing the same deal again and again 
some of the connected brokers who's CEO is well connected to LOLC owners also spreading this news time to time to play and manipulate  
This is not genuine 
Same type of news paper articles are published in FT AND SUNDAY TIMES and in web sites and again people like u say good good value and etc etc about LOLC in webs and forums and poor newcomers who does  not knowing the pattern  buy on credit and margin and later burning their heard earn money 
see check the time frames that these people start this  they does this in the middle of the month and towards end of the month poor panic retail buyers have to sell their shares when the prices drop

3 when the deal was done and when for a short time Mr.Ishara become the sri lanka's richest man

Again this will be clam down  you wait and see share will again come down to 145 levls \\ again with the next report when they published this 52 Billion profit again price will go or they will take price up what am saying is the share is good not a bad one

same thing happens to BIL ALSO and will happen again in the coming days after new shares are listed 
This is a Dirty game not a capitol gain as explained by many connected people

FYI this is my 32 year in CSE - i know many brokers who are very good and i know some who are dangerous like animals  who suck blood from newcomers and other retailers who they can fool again and again 
I know when the money is there NAV of LOLC will go up close to 300 whats the use for minority share holders they the owners never  pay dividend  what they say  is hey gang do the manipulation and you earn from other your retailers suck their hard earn money  we the owners will pocket all the profits 
LOLC group is the dirtiest    set of companies who never share the profit and who allow official  Manipulation branding that  as capital gain 
All the  time some set of poor retailers and new comers get the blood sucked ..
We will do all the ways and means to educate poor retailers and we will help them to enter exit at the correct time and we will again and again publish such explanations so that they can understand -You wait and see end of this month the price again will drop below 145 - May be if you are also among the playing gang now that the trick is exposed you guys will keep the price at 160 -170 levels - what ever way it goes am happy as the message is conveyed 
I bought second time at 130 and sold day before yesterday at 165 and made few laks and bought JKH for long term 
Those are genuine great companies JKH -DFCC- SOFTLOGIC - JINS GROUP - CIC GROUP - SINGER GROUP - HAYLES GROUP - THEY ARE NOT DIRTY AS LOLC GROUP AND THIS IS MY PERSONAL VIEW

Why the delay in LOLC Holdings publishing its June 2020 qtr results, when they have published their finance subsidiaries' results (normally all publish on the same day), and when all other conglomerates have already done so?
