I was just trying to enlighten the buying volumn. In any market condition these volumes are low . I will elaborate. Glass has 950Mn shares outstanding. 21% is with the retail market which is just above 200mn shares. So even if you consider this as the trading volume its only 2.5% traded. I am assuming here that the rest are holding this long. I have bought this share as it was a monopoly company in Sri Lanka long time ago and already at significant profit. I however have never promoted this share as that's not the objective. I learn a lot from this and hope that i can contribute.

I am very positive with GLAS latest financial statement and its new prospectus with current Economic and social conditions.

Last quarter it has given a Rs 0 .38 earning per quarter even in a very difficult period. So my fair projection of earning for 2020 is RS 1.2 to 1.5. with that earning GLAS can trade a price between 12--15. The last price traded is RS 7 So the price can easily trade 10 RS sort to mid term. Since the share value is low (RS 7) every 1 RS price appreciation you will get 14 % profit gain. Therefore If you want to exit the share in some point still within sort term you can get handful of return.

But in long term I think GLAS will not be a penny stock no more. with pandemic situation Glass has more demand for healthy bottle packaging for export market and in addition to that government has stated that certain packages will be banned fro January 2021 and instead of those Glass packages should be replaced. I will publish that news below as second post below. with all those improvements this year we can expect 1.2 to 1.5 EPS and next year it will exceed 2 EPS. for the current year we can expect 50 to 60 cents as dividend. In year 2011 this has been traded above RS11.

In addition to this there was some news this company to be sold in future. If that happens investors has much room for getting higher price. In that aspect MAsterD has given his valuation in separate post and according to his valuation the lowest values he has given is RS 17.

Considering all these facts I think it is now time to wear GLAS every body. Very Happy
