for me TAFL is an outstanding company with great earnings.so 85 seems a massive bargain price to enter.This has a monster EPS of over 25

yes cass. no doubt about it. excellent performance from TAFL. and one of the most under valued cash cow in the market now.
but I think gran also in the same category as their Low D/E, YOY growth and cash per share for gran is better than even tafl.

Key performance indicators portray the strength of major poultry counters. Persistent demand with strong order book would lead counters to the right price level but with unknown time period.

Agree with thispost. TAFL is very much undervalued and holds good potential. But the only issue with it at the moment is the stock has lost the retailer confidence. I think one way to bring back this confidence is the entrance of the institutional investors. Lets see. I think if market direction is established this will be one share that is going to double in value.

Currently there is a poultry run in worldwide markets and most markets sector is rrading at very high PER. In colombo market poultry sector is trading at very low PER. That means if there will be a bull run in CSE poultry sector will rise rapidly. If Cse is gping to be bearish still the poultry sector will be rise slowly or stay.

In any case poultry sector now is hugely undervalued and can be a safe heaven.

Agree. Invest in value stocks at least you will have a hope in case drop even by 50%. if you invest on craps then equal to casino and will have nothing to hope, just gone.

TAFL recorded the price of over Rs.101 today. First quarter results may be published by end of May or bit earlier. Any information of quarterly results before publishing would push the counter further up subject to performance.

Its true that buy orders appear but still I haven't seen that investors aggressively buying the stock. There is lack of appetite to match the seller by the buyers but instead they prefer to put a buy order and wait till seller matches the buyer. That is why the share is not moving up aggressively.
