I feel CLC will go down further with the release of more shares as evident from the announcement (previously CLC had around 0.5% public float now around 1.7%) to the market since the company will benefit if CLC price goes down as the company will then be able to give less LOFC shares for each CLC share. This will reduce total number of shares and also improve the PE and PB ratios of the remaining company.

Its already down from 32 levels. If lofc reach 50 or 60 clc will be at these levels for 2:1

Yes possible to increase LOFC. 

But rather than pumping capital to increase a share price. Shedding existing shares delivers the same result with no cost.

We suppose that LOFC price will be increased to Rs.120/= as at census date and drag CLC price to Rs.30/=. Then they have to give 1 LOFC share for 4 CLC shares. Is it correct? 
Then LOFC has a high chance for a huge run? Isn't it?
Further LOFC would be the only Finance Company in LOLC Group and It would be the biggest Finance Company.

If I am wrong please rectify it.

Why would the company invest capital when they can easily release shares and get the same outcome. 

Also why would the company give more shares of the remaining company to the holders of the dissolving entity having lower net assets. This will only increase total share availability and reduce the ratios. 

Best case scenario will be LOFC 30 and CLC 15. 1 LOFC share for 2 CLC shares. 

This will reduce total shares at the end of consolidation and improve PB and PE ratios.

Crossings at 28 was an Internal Transfer between the group companies. 

No capital involvement.

Even the transfer price of LOFC and CLC to LOCH was at book values and the market price was just indicative.

True.clc may be will touch ATH soon.lofc need run together with clc,but lofc market flot very high we camt expect big run like clc.but long term lofc will be good
