There will no problem for clc with the public holding. Cos it will be merged with lofc and lofc will be the ultimate controller. So lofc is already achieved the public holding %. So no need to worry.

Those who own CLC stock will receive extra LOFC stock. The LOFC is now in a perilous situation.

Just  compare  their  NET asset  Values...

Bil   sold  out   their   CLC  quantity  around  30  to  32 levels  if  i am  not  mistaken ... Correct  me  if  i am  wrong..

 What  if    company  is  planing  to  release  more  CLC   stocks  to   the  market

Last  time  they  did  it...
So better  be  careful  with   CLC  as well
