Some value the company by just dividing the number of shares from the quoted purchase value. I'm afraid things don't work like that.

My understanding is that People are under the wrong belief that the offer is to buy back 100% of GLAS not the 56.45% of GLAS what is owned by Piramal.The offer is between Pristine and Piramal and that has got nothing to do with GLAS's local retailers.  Correct me if I'm wrong.
